By using domainari.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Marketplace
Domainari operates a curated marketplace for domain name sales. All listed domains are owned by or brokered through Domainari. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and may be subject to negotiation.
2. Offers & Acceptance
Submitting an offer does not guarantee acceptance. Domainari reserves the right to accept, counter, or decline any offer at its sole discretion. A sale is only binding once both parties confirm terms in writing and escrow is initiated.
3. Payment & Transfer
All payments are processed through Escrow.com or GoDaddy. Domain transfer typically completes within 24–72 hours of confirmed payment. Buyer is responsible for providing a compatible registrar account.
4. Taxes
Listed prices exclude VAT, sales tax, and duties. Buyer is responsible for all applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.
5. Intellectual Property
While we screen for trademark conflicts, buyer is responsible for conducting their own due diligence regarding trademark availability in their jurisdiction and industry.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domainari's total liability arising from any transaction is limited to the amount paid for that domain. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
7. Disclaimer
Domains are sold "as-is". Domainari makes no warranties regarding traffic, SEO history, or future commercial viability.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not use Domainari for illegal activities, trademark infringement, harassment, or any purpose violating applicable law.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by international commercial dispute resolution principles. Any dispute will be settled through binding arbitration where required.
